Returns & Exchanges

We follow standard EUR sizes to help you find the perfect fit. However, if you wish to exchange your pair for a different size, you may return it to the following address within 30 days of receiving your order:

  • If your requested size is unavailable, you can choose another style of equal value.

  • Products bought during Sale or Clearance are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If you have purchased additional accessories (like heel pads or shields), please remove them before sending the product for exchange.

During festivals, pandemics, or adverse weather conditions, delivery or exchange times may be delayed. We always strive to ensure timely and secure service.
