Returns & Exchange

At Sogat Jutti Store, we follow standard EUR sizes to help you choose the perfect fit. However, if you wish to exchange your pair for another size, you may return it to us within 30 days of delivery.

Please ensure that:

  • The product is returned in its original box packaging along with the invoice.

  • You clearly mention your desired exchange size and style on the invoice or via email.

We currently do not offer refunds or cancellations once the order is placed.

Exchange Terms

  • Exchanges are valid only for size changes of the same style.

  • If your desired size is unavailable, you may exchange it for another style of similar value.

  • If you have purchased accessories like heel shields, please remove them before sending the pair for exchange.

  • Products bought at discounted prices are not eligible for exchange or return.

  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

During festive seasons, pandemics, or unforeseen weather conditions, shipments or exchanges may take longer to process. We assure you that our team will do its best to deliver your parcel safely and on time.
